State of the art
stables provides immaculate matted tongue and grooved box stalls with French drain
systems and cedar/pine shavings, tack room, two heated hot/cold wash racks,
automatic fly control system, working cupolas with exhaust fans and evaporative air
cooling system, and electronic gated entrances for security and
safety. Two arenas: There is a larger upper
100’x 200’ arena for group lessons and a smaller arena for private
practice or programs for our youngest riders. Both have all weather
specialized footing material and a sprinkler system to eliminate
dust. At the upper arena there are covered viewing stands with fans,
power strips and complimentary wireless Internet access available for the
observers’ comfort and convenience.
The property has
manicured pastures and wooded trails with a private lake and a
course with cross country jumps. The four
board fenced turn-out pastures stay lush year round with an automatic
underground sprinkler irrigation system. Transporting to shows, trail rides and
special events is available. More detailed information about our
